Scirocco Scala 1.8i - Helios Blue!

1989 Scirocco Scala 1.8i in Helios Blue

140K ish (cant remember the exact mileage!)

Its been sat on my parents driveway for over 2 years - but on Monday lastweek it went for an MOT and passed! :) It went off the road to have a few things done to it - but it took ages to get round too! Just had all new suspension fitted with new top mounts (60mm Spax kit) all the brake lines have been done.

Bodwork is on ok condition for its age - the bonnet has a little lacquer lift and the rear valance has been badly repaired at some time in its life. However I have another Helios Blue bonnet in my parents garage - plus a complete bodykit in Helios Blue too, which is in perfect condition and would tidy up the rear valance perfectly.

Interior is unfortunatley looking a little tired - a couple of the seems have split while its been sitting and there is a nasty repair on the drives side bolster.

Wheels are currently Passat GT Zandvoorts in 14" - they have been refurbed in the passed but not very well - but they are fitted with brand new 195/55/14 Toyo T1R's which are brilliant!

It pulls like a train, the Airbox has been messed with a little as has the fuel/air flow meter - I had trouble keeping up in my Polo 16v when my dad was taking it for an MOT!

Of course! It does have for sale signs in the windows - I ran it to and from work today and it was brilliant fun - the harder you pushed the better it gripped! However the clutch cable is stretched and the gearlinkage needs a service - Guess what i'm doing on Saturday.............

I forgot how throatie this sounded on full throttle! Like a mini Quattro!

I'm after as close to £1400 as possible! :)
