MK3 Golf GTI (Turbo Conversion)

Here we have my show condition mk3. The engine was converted to a (2004) 1.8 20V turbo by 'Dubsport' in early 2006 at a cost of over £6000. The mileage of the engine is only currently 46,000miles.

The conversion included:

*'Forge' FMIC

*'Emerald' fully re-mappable ECU

*fully rebuilt VR6 gearbox

*Custom fabricated Downpipe

*full 'Milltek' Exhaust

*'Powerflex' polly bushes (full front end)

This engine produces 226bhp and 253lb/ft of torque (awesomeGTi rolling road) with the car running a 14.2sec quarter mile at Santa Pod.

*Suspension: Bilstein 'sprintline' kit rear30mm/front45mm

*brakes: 288mm front drilled discs/fast road pads

standard rear discs, goodridge s/s hoses

all-round
