Right i have found a new project car that is for sale and need a quick sale of my car if i want to buy it! So i may not be selling it unless i can get my hands on that car!

CAR

W reg Polo GTI, Silver, 5 door.

Coming upto 88,000 miles,

Taxed and MOT'd unitl september,

Full service history,

Timing/ cambelt, waterpump last done at 70,000 miles,

New clutch at 65,000 miles,

Oil changed every 2 months

Good Points

Previous to me the car was owned by a good mate who is mecahnic at a bmw specialist garage and was serviced every 2 months and has been ever since.This is normally oil changes and general all round maintainence, This is well looked after gti and is a very good example

Now for the mods; It has;

FK Silverline coilovers,

Front and lower OMP strut braces,

Bmc carbon induction kit,

280mm vr6 front brakes,

B and M short shifter,

BBS RM's with 1.5inch rear dish making them 8's (didn't get round to changing fronts!)

Smoothed bumpers,

Audi TT Leather fronts Seats,

GTI Mats,

Beesting Aerial,

Alpine i-pod head-unit

I'm sure theirs more but cant remember!

Bad points

Usual stone chip,

Smoothed bumpers need re-doing slightly as the filler has sagged!!

No rear seats atm as the tt's didn't fit and i dont have the time to make them!

Theirs loads i have probably mist but please dont hesitate to get in contact and ask some questions!

As i said looking for a quick sale, so cash customers only please!

Cheers mate, yeh it's a bit cheap but only because the bumpers need doing, but still somebody will get a bargain!

Sorry about the photos didnt get a chance to wash it as it rained before hand!

Taking it to the garage tonite just for a quick service to make sure everything is running sweet!

think you'll have 2 wait till he's back now guys and he'll sort stuff out then. if you wanna kno any details on parts i can help, but i dont know what prices he's looking at or if hes 100% on splitting yet.

the gti interior was sold mate. best bet is 2 pm him, but I'm not sure as he said he is going away in a few days so he pretty busy!!

Just to let everyone know I'm just putting it back to standard so getting rid of the the mods that are on it. Should of made that a bit clearer.

I'll put another add up when i get back , some of stuff has got first dibs on them already but thats never 100% guaranteed!

So look out for this early august!!

hes only breaking the mods mate, i.e. coilovers/wheels/TT seats with standard bits in return. not breaking the car itself so i think when he sells it as standard hed keep the chrome surrounds. hes away now till early August but ill keep an eye on here n answer what i can!

Raj1980 - Not 100% on the seats i know they have been welded, but I'm not sure if he's modified the TT subframes to fit the polo runners or welded the gti bases onto the TT seats.

Xcore- The coilovers i dont know the prices he's looking at so PM him and when he gets back he'll return PM's.

Keep the interest alive people, any ques on specs ill try help out i.e condition of bits etc etc but prices its best to PM him and wait till early Aug 4 a reply, its only 2 weeks!!!
