I spoke to Whittlebury park and things are very quiet at the moment with regards to Pre-booking. I have booked another 25 plots for the club so we can try to secure more of the field but we really need you guys to get booking as soon as you can.

If people don't book in advance we won't have a beer tent, possibly a hog roast or maybe some other entertainment put on which will be a real shame.

Please help us out here guys to make this years show a success and try to book in the next month or so, it wont be much of a polo show without polos and it also saves a fiver if you do!!!!

that thread is useful but we need people who are definately going to turn up, and the only way to know for sure is if they have booked tickets unless for some reason they can't do so and want to pay on the gate.

So perhaps people that have booked can post on this thread so we can keep an eye on numbers?

I've sent off my form about a fortnight ago but not had any word back yet - normal?

they told me that they send out the tickets about 2 weeks or so before, I've not had anything back from them either so don't worry about it.

iam booking in two weeks after my cars mot and pay day !!

I'm booking mine soon just after my bday, so early august! :-)

if i pay £10 for sunday does that mean i turn up sunday morning and go home sunday night?

if so ill turn up saturday afternoon and stay the night

That's why you've all gotta get booking, save yourself money by booking in advance with the added bonus of the possibility of a hog roast and bar :-D

If previous years numbers are anything to go on we will have enough, so it's just a case of people actually booking.

So if you know you're def gonna go, please pre book so we get the added facilities.

Don't forget, you save a fiver if you pre book too.

hog roast will be cool! We need more people to come and join the best show of the year. Last years was great!

I'll ask around the members who get to the vw festival this weekend and twist their arms to pre-book.
