6n Polo Interiors

Featured Replies

Just getting some ideas for my polo really, just wandering what interiors from other cars will fit into the 6n without too much hassle... I know the TT interior is popular how much modifying to the seats/frames would be needed before fitting? Any other suggestions for interiors?

(Sorry if this is a re-post, did have a look for a similar thread)

Cheers man thats what i was looking for...

anyone here fitted a tt interior themselves? or know of a DIY guide on how to do it? Cheers

Get some mk3 golf recaros, you wont regret!

did the 6n polo come with optional leather interior in the showroom?

how much would u look to pay for some mk3 golf recaros, in black leather inc back bench?

This is one thing I dislike about the model (Gti). Whats with the pattern! Travelator stylee from Gladiators.

Anyways, I've been told they are comfortable seats. Anyone disagree?

mk3 golf seats are a straight forward swap along with the mk5 polo interior and the seat ibiza stuff fits. the tt seat swap isn't easy i've seen some bolted straight through the floor and its really not a good idea. how we did it was to weld two bars across the runners in the mk4 (making them useless if you ever wanted to go back to standard) then removed the subframe from the tt seats and welded them to the two box sections. we've used this method on tt seats and a set of porsche tombstones out of a boxster and its worked a treat. they sit just right not too high or too low and of course still have the full adjustment of the standard subframes!

You got any pics of the seats?
