what alarm should i get?

Rite so after some picky fuckers broke into my pride and joy steeling my audio I've decided to get an alarm.

have any of you boys and girls got any ideas what i should go for?

i want something which would be good for little money as I'm a mechanic on little wage

as the mk3's dont have central locking i may fit that to also thinking of smoothing the locks so the little fuckers only way in is to smash a window.

I've got a Cobra 3193 alarm on mine, its not too bad, and it was cheap, think it was 70 quid. And it can be used with remote locking, think a two door kit is like 30 quid. It is just an alarm so no insurance extras. But yeah cheap plus if people start messing around with my car then it makes loud noises!
