1.6 AEE engine, 80k miles, the head is off as it has just had the inlet ports matched to the manifold flanges for the carbs very recent new clutch and water pump £50

have also got a set of inlet manifold flanges, made from steel, ready for making my bike carb manifold, wont need these now so will sell for what i got them made for £30

alrite mate i will have manifold is it for a mk 4 1.48v??is it pick up will you post and would them carbs fit to

the exhaust manifold will fit any 8v 6n polo, so i was told. the carbs need to be jetted to run on a car, i haven't got round to doing this to them, they will also need the inlet manifold sorted, all i have is the flange i had made. i was going to use steel pipe and weld it up myself. postage forthe zorst will be an extra £10

I would be interested in the camshaft, I'm considering the engine swap myself but I haven't passed my driving test yet. lol. How much would postage be on the camshaft to N.Ireland?

Just to let you know, the manifold aint a straight sawp, its about 10 inch's shorter than the original manifold/downpipe, they bolt to the head nicely, but youl need a bit of pipe to join the manifold to the centre section, took me about 5mins to make, and de-cats it aswell, sound nice also

Hey mate decided a full engine swap to a GT would be a better idea than a ABD conversion due to insurance and that, so gonna have to give this a miss, thats if I even do the swap (might buy a Scirocco).... RedRoller PM'd you so let him have this one!!
