I searched the forum abit, and although it says Fusion are good, it doesnt comment on the performance etc.

I went to Halfords to get some new wiper blades. While i was paying i was chatting to the guy about speakers etc. Turns out he was the Shops audio expert. He showed me to these: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/...ategoryrn_82390

He said that they are a really good package, my mate has them in his corsa, but says that there not that 'bassy'.

Anyone have any experience with them?

General opinions?

If the majority think there good, i may buy them tomorrow...

I've got the jbl ones in my doors any they are spot on quality sound they arnt components though

ave got those speakers in mine and there not that bassy to be honest but still sound good, I've got no complaints about them, there good speakers for the money.

Thats pretty much what i want, just something with a decent sound. The standard ones are pretty shocking! Thanks for the replies.

There is an ICE guide somewhere on here by FOXIE and it tells you audio makes to use and ones to avoid. If it was me i would spend a bit more for some Alpine or Pioneer speakers. Or save further for comps!

Bassjunkies do alpine typeE comps for 44 quid dilivered, spot on noise bud, i has them!

I checked the giude, and fusion are in cat B (so good ones i think). The thing that attracted me to the Fusions was the fact that the tweeters are included.

Just had alook at Bassjunkies, looks a great site! I'm browsing through it now!

I basically want something easy to fit, fairly cheap, with a reasonable sound. I would spend more, but still have my test/insurance/bike test and insurance etc to pay for! I just need a quick replacement.
