I have for sale a B reg caddy 1.5d. I bought it as it was very clean and straight as a bit of a project to put a motor in. The engine in it is dead and will only start with a tow (headgasket went and kept running it into the ground), its not well at all. It also ideally will want a paint job as the one on it is diy and very bad, I don't really think I've seen much worse to be honest. Its got height adjustable coilovers on the front and will come with a spare axle (flipped) that just wants a wire brushing and a coat of paint.

Good bits-

V good bodywork, Absolutely mint tailgate worth £'s on its own, Sunroof, Front coilovers, Tax'd til end of Aug.

Bad bits-

Sh!tty paint, Dead engine, Needs new n/s/f wing as its been damaged at some point, Needs new n/s/f hub as one of the stud holes is stripped.

The white bits in the pics are just the poop paint flaking off.

Also it won't have the G60's on the back and will come on some odd steely's all with ok tyres.

This truck is far too good to break, I'm only selling as I need to swap a motor into my mk2 and its in the way. Perfect for someone looking for a good base for a project or if you wanna bang a motor in, rattle can it and away you go. If I had somewhere to tuck it for know I would, but I haven't so up for sale/swap/part ex for w.h.y? £450 ovno inc flipped axle which is a bargain if you look at the prices of caddy's of late.

Could do with a cheapo vag runabout while I sort my golf if anyones up for a swap, just give me a try.

I'm afraid someone has dibs on the bumper if I break it. If the mot hasn't just ran out it will do within the next few days, taxed untill the end of august. I will get some interior pics later when I get home from work.

Some interior pics- Its got a bit of a mixed up interior, MK3 golf seats(I think), brown and beige'y carpet + door cards etc, brown dash thats a bit knackered ( I have a black one that can come with it), Black centre console, steering wheel etc self explanatory.

Just noticed the duc-tape The duff paint had cracked and the edge of the tape was just lifting so I pulled it back to see what the crack was. It turns out that theres a couple of holes in the bulkhead and instead of welding them up they have been taped and painted over, nothing major but took a couple of pics anyway.

Also its fairly in bits as thats how I got it. Lazy I know but I was literally just running it until the motor died and was then gonna take it off the road to sort it all out but my brothers mk2 golf came up for sale. I'd wanted one since I got rid of my last one, and it was too good to miss, so thats why the caddy's going.

Oh also its got the most pikey stereo ever, the fronts held on with tape and theres some speakers bodged to the dash. This quality work was already carried out when I got it, and finally the horn and indicators don't work? I've not bothered investigating why tbh.
