doesnt look like it does it,and at that kind of mileage it will go really soon,1200 sounds bout fair to be honest

charger was rebuilt at 90,000

it would really need doing again then at 170,000 miles as that is 80,000 since the last time,i would lower the price accordingly

Who did the charger rebuild at 90k? And has it had any more charger services since? What condition is the engine in?
