Hello folks.

We're having another bank holiday meet this year on Monday 25th August at the rest bay car park near Porthcawl .

Last years meet was a great sucess with cars and vans from here , retro-rides , lowrider forums , HTTuning , Airdiction , SoWal , vwt4forum , etc .

All makes and models are welcome ( no driving like a tw*t though )

Meeting starts around 12 midday , more details to follow . :-D

just to say, i have just remembered they have the disgusting bumble bee (black and white) speed bumps in this car park lol,

just a warning to those with lowered cars lol. ill be fine haha.

We were fine last year though as we were right up the back of the field out of the way of everyone else

hello mate ! Rest Bay car park is in porthcawl at the opposite end to the fair .

The time fortthe meet is now 1 o'clock instead of 12 o'clock as something important has cropped up

julian you know ill be there if i aint working, just started the new job so if he says i gotto work i kinda gotto - really want to be there tho

I'm thinking of going as iv just started driving and got my polo a month ago, are there many cars down there or is it mainly the VW vans? And what are the speed bumps like because i can only just get over normall ones

There'll be plenty of polo's there mate . The speed bumps should'nt be a problem , mine's dropped over 90mm and it manages

Well I couldnt make it there til half three cos I was up in tongwynlais all day but from the photo's i've seen on airdiction so far it would seem that the turnout was excellent

there were still around 30-40 cars there when i turned up so I'm well chuffed with the turnout :-D

I wasnt there for long, left about 2.15. I was too cold.

i couldn't make either though as i had to fit my amp properly in my boot and carpet the seats

any news on the next one that is local like that because i really want to go to one.
