i have just past me theory :-D so going in for me test soon

i was just woundering can any body help me to find cheap insurance for a mk4 please goz the cheapest i have found is £2200 wiv no mods

so if any body nows some really grate insurance quoets that would be really grate hope you can help :-D

it differs with every person...area you live all that crap

brentaker are good for modded cars, sometimes a little more expensive than others, but you get any exterior mods you want.

am with admiral for the second year...worked out cheaper for me every time! good for young drivers apparently

it pays to shop around mate, make phone calls....far cheaper than comparison sites

I asked quinn-direct (who I've been with for the last 10months) to price match them n they said they couldnt get anywhere near to the policy these guys have offered me,

best bet is shop around as said above and CALL them rather than filling in online forms,

yeah deffo i own a 1.3 coupe s 85 and mines guna work out at 1400 quid a year for me as a named driver but on my mums its was 600quid!

i went thru 17 40 insurance ther very good for young drivers btw what do u tell them you are job is! cuz i worked out that cuz I'm a mechanic i told dem it goes up a cuple of 100 but if you are a shop till worker or w.e its stays down so allways a good idea!

yeah deffo cuz they look at it then as you no how to play with a car and u probs will you are best sayin you are a shop worker or sumint n see then ! n my mum was wiv directline when i gt tht qoute just for you are info and cheapes on my own was swinton but i herd they go up about 700quid when u pass you are test as it goes up now when u pass its beacuse of all these boy racers in the 1.2 corsas and saxos thinkin ther proper kitted out race cars lol then crashin nobs!

dont be suprised if its a lot more than that mate.

omg i pay £1550 with all mods declared an I'm with ecarinsurance on a 1.4 polo but then again i do have a alarm fitted which cost me £70 an brought my insurance dwn £500 so would have paid £2050 on a 3rd party fire an theft

all ways go for 3rd party fire an theft its the cheap policy

but if i teell them i work in tesco or sumin wornt my insurance be vod or not ??? i dnt think it would tho would

take it from mee and i have had a fue cars (coff nearly 10) and i 'm 22!!! ins is expensive but always go FULLY COMP!!!! pay 4 the privliges!!! you'll need them if u have an accident!!! cos with 3rd party your ins comp will just go w/e and fuk u off!!!!!

shop around a lot more tho try money supermartet and confused! also try audrian flux... + mention you are in a big car club!!! also check out mk2dub.co.uk i think !!! you can get 10% off quote prices on 1 ins comp if u mention us and them!!!..

also put your mum and dad on policy that brings it down!!!

and limit the milage aswell!!! say you only do between 5000/7000 PA!! cos that will be on the high side probs!!!

if your house has a garage or lock up say its in ther over night!!!

also if you declaired mods like exhuast take it off!!! and question the ins's saying, the std 1 fell off driving down the road!! say that a friend gave you 1 on the cheep! but it was not an orriganal 1!!!

no i shuldnt beacuse they probs wont ask that lol my boss has his insruance set to workin in a shop and he smashed his car up not long back and got more than what the car was worth! so I'm gessins its all ok

oh gd thts ok then coz i dnt think i wont my insurance to be voaid lmao
