depends who you are with next

Never had a problem, my first 2 years were on one of these.

Most companies will not accept them as it is not a year's NCB.

However it does depend on which insurers you speak to.

Dan.

yeah it depends- when you have finished your 10 month policy, you get a certificate of no claims which just says 1 years no claims, or it does with elephant anyhow, and doesnt mention that it is 10month at all.

if you stick with the same company then its spot on, but could be dodgy if you are moving to another company.

To be honest, if you work out the cost per month, you are better off with a 12 month policy than a 10 month policy, i found anyhow.

yeah sure you get your no claims built up faster- but your policy is due sooner, and your paying more per month.... so it doesnt work out any better! my opinion anyhow.

Although when changing insurers, you will have to request a certificate showing your no claims.

on this it doesnt mention anythin about 10months.

so ye it works, I'm sure Yeti will be able to confirm this

Admiral have given me NCB certificates each year just after renewal time using the 10 month policy.

They are issued seperately to the renewal and count for a full NCB.

A little more expensive month for month but a shorter period until the lower cost of renewal has so far been worth it.
