VW Polo 1.4 "Service INSP" Flashing Notice under the miles..

Featured Replies

I've already used the search function but nothing "helpful" came up, I've got the car serviced about a month ago now (before i went on holiday)...went to start the car today and under where the miles are displayed I've got a flashing "Service INSP" coming up and when the car is off it says "service miles"...am i correct in thinking that the service thingy hasn't been reset when the service was done ?

thanks for any help

dunno if its the same for a 6n2 but if u hold down the button on the dials, the right side one, keep it held down, turn the ignition on, wait for "- - -" to appear in the display, turn off ignition, release button, job done

this doesn't work for the 6n2's tried it

it just re-sets the miles and then when u turn the ignition on the miles go back to what they were before the button was pressed
