I'm thinking of doing some checkered on my loon and i been reading a few topics on here and from what i can tell you can buy checkered sheet stickers, can you? and where from?

well, you could just get a sheet of black and white vinyl then cut accordingly?

Matt black paint and white vinyl squares cut and stuck on.

What colour is your car? My mate has a white mk3 which he has just matt blacked squares onto....looks quite good imo. MInes got black tape in sqaures over the fuel cap (silver car) done as a bit of a laugh but it doesnt look too bad

My bonnet is about £20 worth of self adhesive black vinyl from Wickes. Any DIY shop do it though.

Rover used to sell chequered roof sheets for Minis,i dont know who'd still sell them.

buy the halfords viper stripes in black and white then chop away

the bonnet on my matt black loon already done the rearview mirror and wing mirrors are in the process lol oh and thanks adamp never tought of that ( sooooo simple )

I'm thinking of doing the roof...i got some stickyback vinyl, but i dont know how big the quares should be??? I'm thinking about 6" anyone got any pics of this??

i would offer to do it but it really is easy just to buy the squares, bit of effort its easily done on your own

Little tip. Work out the central point of your roof and work out from it instead of starting at one edge and going across. Essentially like you'd tile a bathroom/kitchen.
