Somebody please please tell me how to perform a Throttle Body Alignment on a 1998 16v!

I've searched high and low on the whole bloody interweb and cant find ANYTHING.

Ross-tech instructions dont work, I can only read the first 4 or so groups in Engine, the rest just give me some random numbers with no units.

so

Has anyone performed a TBA on the 16v?

(if you have, pleeease tell me how!!)
