Knockhill 9th June 2008 Track Day

A little late in uploading these pictures... I've just done a fresh install of XP on my computer I thought it worth while catching up with some photo editing from the last few months.

Stuart had his supercharger rebuilt prior to heading down for the track day...obviously the 'charger needed run in before hand and so he spent the previous weekend putting over 700miles on the car...quite a financial outlay to ensure the car was in tip top shape...

...unless you have a UK Time Attack Evo and you can hit almost 150mph and make it difficult for anyone trying to photograph your car:

Nope...hence it being called a tow rope. It is illegal to tow on the Motorway though I think...we had about 10miles of motorway between us an Perth...

It was pretty shitty yeah...loads of people willing to help though which was good. Some guys working on Fiesta ST race cars even offered up timing belts to see if they would fit.

that Video from inside ali's car is awesome. He is a SERIOUSLY good driver. Must let people know that he was gaining on a few Caterham-esque cars. Some boy in a standard 182!

Lovin' the awsome Ultima GTR and that 996 GT3RS, proper sports cars indeed. Nice to see the old classic 911 Carrera on the track, where it should be too.
