i'd though i'd mark the fact i've wasted so much of my life on this forum with a timeline of my polo shiznits, the older members of here may remember the earlier stuff.

here go's

all started with my squareback, dad got it for me as my first car and my mate olly had a gt coupe at the time so got right amongst it

mine.jpg

then lowered it 40mm and added some other bits and bobs

Image183.jpg

then i bought a gt breadvan but couldn't get insured so had to sell it. was a bit of a beater too haha

Image143.jpg

then i sold my blue one to move onto the world of the mk2 golf!

SUNP0120.jpg

then it was time to get my mits what i'd been after since i was 15 and seen a lad from round my way rolling about in a white rieger kitted, milla migilia wearing mk4!

came like this bless it

myvalver.jpg

then i added coilovers and mk5 rears, some tinted front indicators a bmc filter and serviced/cambelt etc the beast which made me poor for a while..

DSC00338.jpg

DSC00339.jpg

then i got it painted and got some new wheels..

DSC00212.jpg

DSC00214.jpg

little did i know that wheels would be my major downfall and i'd get addicted to them!

next came a badgeless grille and the depo projectors with HID's

DSC00481.jpg

then i got some serious scene rimmage in the form of th lines..

DSC00488.jpg

DSC00486.jpg

then blew a gearbox up..

DSC00511.jpg

got it back and decided my stance game needed work so wound the coilies down a tad..

DSC00130.jpg

DSC00049.jpg

got hold of some winter wheels had them powder coated and ended up never running them

DSC00043.jpg

more stancing went on..

DSC00051.jpg

then went n got some g60's for winter time

gl.jpg

then i decided i wanted the bumper smoothed so saved up my pennies and found a decent bodyshop and entrusted them to craft this wee beaut!

DSC00108.jpg

then managed to blag a professional photoshoot of the car which was nice.

vw-97.jpg

vw-165.jpg

vw-78.jpg

then it was back into winter mode..

DSC00127.jpg

repping the hubcaps

post1.jpg

trimss.jpg

then i sold the schmidts and bought my favourite set of wheels ever

DSC_0271.jpg

2-6.jpg

7-3.jpg

the very next day to fitting them i managed this..

crash1.jpg

and that same evening and a bonnet headlights and slam panel later it was back on the road looking like this

crash4.jpg

got fed up of the red bonnet so made a mess of it

stencil3.jpg

sf1.jpg

then i swapped that for this..

DSC_0088.jpg

didn't like it so swapped it with foxie for a pattern bonnet which i painted primer grey

DSC_0148.jpg

and then i couldn't resist doing a bit of this

DSC_0001.jpg

DSC_0035.jpg

then i sold the works and got these

DSC_0154.jpg

and that brings us to the end of my lil adventure so far! polo's for sale now and when it go's i'll be sad as i've had too much fun with it and met so awesome people through owning it!

hope you enjoyed me story and i aint bored you too much!
