Well i recieved my renewal quote today in the post, my previous premiem was £2300 first year of driving, my new one is £1400 and thats with 0ncb because i had to claim, accident was my fault, Just quite suprised it's almost dropped a grand in just 1 year with a claim aswell. Still think i mght move onto adrian flux or someone else though just need to ring around.

thats a pretty high drop, to be expected tho as you get older it drops off alot

Yeah I was surprised at my renewal. £428 or something is what came in the post, 19 with 1 years NCB, but I phoned them up and said I'd been quoted £320, they didn't even ask for proof, just said OK we can't do £320 but we can drop to £350. So, yeah, I paid that.

WHAT!!!! was that through a comparison(sp) site because i'm sure it would be ALOT lower down the phone

Hmmm.....i'm with flux, and i was paying £700 ish for the GT last year, renewal is £1090 due to one claim!! :(

They rang me up to try and lower it and when i said the lowest price i'd got was with Elephant and Admiral both at £1543 they just laughed and said best going with them.

It was direct through their website.
