Featured Replies

Alright guys havnt posted anything in ages or havnt even touched the polo in ages tbf, so I've taken matters into my own hands.

i wripped off the leather inserts on my door cards so i can have a pattern to make a new 1 from...

the outsides of 1 door card has been trimmed by myself 2day, ( took all day to do 1 door card :)

really enjoying the experience heres some before and after pics :)

ile keep you updated as bits emerge. :-p

Standard door card with leather insert ripped out:

After a day of fiddling ect the outsides have been done but the middle is going to take a little longer as i want it padded and stiched and need to wait till my nan can teach me how to sew properly :) :

Looks good, so have you decided to keep it for the time being now

Craig when you take the rear door cards off can you get the the metal work of the exterior or is it double skinned? It's just that I need to sort a dent out & wondered if it would be easy to get to instead of getting the dent pulled out with a suction gun. Cheers

Cheers dude that helps going to have a go at getting the dent out now  just didn't want to take off all the interior bits to find a double skin

that looks like a good effort... should post some pics of it up in the car... i was going to have a go at this to make colour concept door cards in red then hopefully have the seats done or buy some more.... good luck with it...

looks alright, think i'll be doing my A pillars in black leather soon, then perhaps the headlining.
