Coilover kit

Coilover conversion kit (front and rear) - £110ono

This is a brand new (still wrapped!) full kit from Rally Design which'd normally cost you £125 for the bits here. Just moved house, so have no time to do anything with this and would appreciate the cash right now.

PSD Standalone Oil System

PSD standalone oil supply system for G40 - £180ono

Chips

G40 Turbo chip (for K03, G60 injectors, full throttle switch replaced with boost switch) - £50ono

G40 Turbo chip (for K03, G60 injectors) - £50ono

PSD G40 chip for G60/green injectors (I've got a couple of different ones - the generic PSD map as well as a custom map I had done for a high spec G40) - £30

Think I might have a couple of other chips knocking about too (fairly sure I have a GT one as well as some other G40 ones), still unpacking following moving - so PM me to get me to have a look!

G-laderseite bushes

G-laderseite antiroll bar bushes, clamps and bolts. Done <3k. Removed due to subframe and wishbone conversion - £25

(You'd probably want to repaint these, but they're perfectly serviceable. Brilliant budget mod.)

Misc

G40 boost return valve partially modified to fit NZ (big bore) throttle body, includes NZ throttle body £50

G40 alternator £35

Braided brake lines (Goodridge), not mint but still usable £10

Assorted throttle bodies I bought when doing my Emerald conversion - Polo 1.3 MPI (NZ), plus some Audi and Golf ones which might be useful to someone with a GT project wanting a bigger throttle body?

Probably some more cheaper bits that I'll add later when I unpack them.

Andy I will take the G-laderseite bushes.

Pm me your paypal details or I can give u the cash in ure hand at the polo show.

Very interested in the oil supply Andy for the future installation of my charger. Was it on when you were running the G-Lader? Postage? Condition? Picture?

Sam - sent you a PM.

Tav - yes I used it when running a G-lader. Condition's very good, no picture as it's currently in my workshop 100+ miles away from where I'm living now! It's missing a cap on the reservoir - it was supplied to me like that, so I used a plastic lid I had lying around which will be included. At a guess because of the weight of it all postage would be £10ish - I'd only charge you what it costs to post though. Failing that, I could give it to you/someone at E38 or Polo Show.

There are some guys from Aberdeen going down to ED38 perhaps one of them could pick it up...I'll ask around and see what I can do.

PMs replied to.

Have found a GT chip now too. Was one I had back in the day on an old 3F lump, slightly raised rev limiter and made the car a lot more eager to rev whilst still returning 40mpg.

The Goodridge hoses - are they twisted at all? One of my rear hoses is kinked, it could do with being replaced tbh. For a tenner I can't really go wrong.

The random throttle bodies you have, will they fit the Gt inlet and will a GT throttle position sensor fit? Might try a bigger one on my 1.6 GT..

Hi Alex, I think these are now sold - going to collect them from my unit today, will let you know if they're still up for grabs.

The honest answer is I don't know! I'll try to dig out the ones I have down the workshop today and after E38 I'll try to get some photos of my collection. I suspect that a bit of tinkering would be required, but nothing too complicated.

Alrighty let me know which you thing might bolt up easiest, not sure what the ecu mapping will think of a bigger throttle body  Not very happy i should think.
