I'm selling my 1989 polo fox, its a 1043cc model, and a 4speeder. Its done 114k and is extrememely reliable! I bought the car as my planned daily runner but I've got hold of a diesel which was better for the distances i cover. The car was one lady owner until 1999, then owned by one other owner until 2008 and then i bought it with the intention of tidying it up and usisng it as a daily! The car has proven very reliable with the previous owner regularly making trips from Hull to leeds (120mile roundtrip). The car has been regularly serviced and when it was mot'd last year there were NO advisories and it went straight through!

Unfortunatley when it was in leeds earlier this year it was damaged by a reversing lorry (down the passenger side), however i do have a new passenger door included in the sale (albeit red). The car is mot'd til october and taxed until the end of september, although i can get a fresh ticket on it the buyer wanted me to! The interior is nigh on mint and the car comnes with every mot since 1999. It does have a few rust spots but its solid! I'm amazed how solid the underneath is, all the brake pipes I've seen look in great condition too!

With it being me, the first thing i did was lower the car on some nearly new springs i had off my old coupe so its sat 60mm nearer the earth :-)

All in all a very reliable car that is a bit scruffy but will not let you down!
