Sleeping in the back of the Passat, thats cheating!

I hope the polo makes its first outing at the polo show! This will be my last show in the UK :-(

I've got loads of polo bits, not sure if any would be useful but i will be sorting though them in the next week. Had to bang everything in the back of a van to get it back to Norfolk so I'm all over the place at the mo

I haz tree questions:

1) Has the tank stopped leaking yet?

2) Have your parents not kicked you out yet?

3) When are you buying these for it?

That is all.

What the hell are those wheels stu? They look mint

Hasemi Motor Sport Race Dish - 15x6.5 - JDM rims to be precise.

JB's after some ronal turbo's as you know but i think the Hasemi's would work better, a mere $1500 USD for the set. Pocket money.

update!

new wheels that i picked up friday:

ebay1006.jpg

sat/sun

Attacked the driver's side rear arch as they are a MASSIVE dirt trap, took out tonnes of crap, will probably give it another clean when swapping fuel tanks, decided to remove rust and paint arch, with suggetion from stu that it might look better than my usual "patches".

The sliver paint is hammerite, as is the black, the silver was used last nigh as my back had solidified, have put down 1st layer of black just now, will go back later and put down a 2nd, not overly worried about finish as the whole car will eventually be going matt oxide red...

PICS!

its not amazing, and needs a few more coats, but i wanted it sealed an treated before the winter, i may get the arches painted prepely after i'v re-painted the whole car in military paint, kinda gonna go this colour, but more matt:

right, pics when i go outside again, but i have replaced the driver's and passenger seat, after swapping an entire G40 interior for gt front seats with Matt, stu's brother, and a spanner whizz, he's also gonna be doing the tank and brake upgade much cheaper than before too, so a good swap for both of us.

i put his passenger seat straight in, and used my passenger foam in his old driver's frame, with his back. done it a meeeeeeeellion times before, about 20 mins work.

i have also started rubbing down the fuel tank i bought, the neck was rusty and i have since uncovered 2 very small holes that i'v gotta seal, so may use aluminium tape or tiger seal or both. not sure yet.

*pics later*

Good stuff, whens it due back on the road?

Good call in getting stu's brother to help you out. His square looked really good at the polo show
