so the amp i said will probably be ok will it?

or will the one MBH69 said be better ?

only thing is though i dont think i will be porting the box as its all made completly from fibreglas and very tough to cut properly, ill take pics later on tonight so it gives you a better idea.

thanks so far though people, you're all a great help.

bare in mind the gt4's are 4ohms

got a pic below to show MBH69 that i dont really have a place to port it.

the Fli amp that you showed:

http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/p...ts_id/4568.html

Shows the power rating:

# RMS output: 1 x 250w @ 4 ohms

# RMS output: 1 x 500w @ 2 ohms

some subs can be wired to one or the other, you can not wire the gt4 sub to 2 ohms. But the gt4 sub is wired standard to 4ohms, so basically the power u will be getting is 250w rms not 500w rms, which is fine, if this makes any sense?

yeh i understand now, thanks for that,

fli aren't very good quality you won't be able to just port that enclosure it would need a new one building as ported need a bigger internal volume to work well
