The conservatives are flattening speed ramps,i dont see anyone voting for them. Apart from the majority of voters in England,but that's not enough UK.

Speed ramps are not the answer,i was trying to drive at 15mph through a Newport Pagnell housing estate today but had to keep slowing to 5mph to get over ramps more akin to kerbs. I got sick of this very quick,so just drove the whole length at 5mph.

I thought the video was quite funny. Not laugh out loud funny, but still funnier than quite a lot of the muppets on this forum. Quite surprised someone in Government has a sense of humour.
