Looking at some components on Car Audio Direct, there are quite alot for under £80, but I'm not sure which ones..

Pretty much want a good mix of volume and quality, with a good amount of bass.

Vibe's seem to be quite powerful, over 100wrms but dont seem to very bassy, I'm considering JBL's but need peoples opinions first..

I'm not a fan of vibe tbh, jbl speakers are pretty good

may be out of your bedget but you do get free postage with them and you dont with most

both cheapo ones go for

rainbow or JL audio as there in the same price ish range you wont be dissapointed

DLS look quality but seem to lack a bit of power,

Alpines and i think some others come with a free 'Second Skin' pack..

The Blaupunkts look good for £60...
