big thanks to all of those who have booked so far, just spoken to Whittlebury and there are now a total of 70 plots booked with 4 people paying today, 51 of those plots have been booked by the club so thats 23 plots booked by you guys, which is an improvement from last week but still pretty low.

anyone who can book in advance please do so using the new form attached, you can still save £5 against paying on the gate and if you do so soon it will effect the facilities at the site.

The field we have allocated to us has 200 plots so not even half way towards taking it over yet.

When is the cut-off date for pre-booking? My phones broken so I can't book for a friend, will be able to get it sorted this week though, if it's not too late??

they said cheques up to a week before but i suppose if your paying over the phone can do it right up to a couple of days before the show, probably too late to affect the facilities we have by then but you'll get in the cornered off area :-)
