Yea the gti has the healight washers on it as they have xenon bulbs as standard

I've heard u use a heat gun or hair dryer and then prise the bump strips off

your left with a recess and then youll need to fill that recess up

and the number plate recess is only on the mouldings rather than the bumper itself, so say i took the bump strips off and smoothed that over there wouldnt be any number plate recess? right?

i dont think you would have any recesses where the numberplate is

okay...you know where the numberplate sits in the bumper right ?

basically..at the top of the numberplate, just behind that, theres a slight recess in the actual bumper, if you get what I'm saying...

because when i went to check mine, in between the bump strips on the front bumper, you find the numberplate and at the top of the plate (where it sits in the bumper) theres a slight recess in the actual bumper...if you get what i mean ?

gti has a different splitter on the bottom from the normal 6n2
