looks like they lower the arb ..do theymove it forwards also....for those that want to know looking at the g lader site ones only move the arb forward ,but they do come with clamps to stop the arb moving sidways

they do the same job as g-ladersite blocks so i've been informed. I'm not totally clued up on what they do so i cant be more help.

They appear to be solid metal rather than urethane, which implies that they are much more solid than the G-lader ones. I presume this makes them a better handling option at the expense of some comfort. I guess the front end would be pretty much solid with these fitted!

They are solid ally.

There are supposed to be two piece inserts or sleeves that go with each blocks acting as a gasket between the bar and block. Gaskets are also required between the block and cap piece. These can be improvised using some thin rubber tube, such as a bit of hose pipe and thin gasket paper.

These are much easier to fit than the G-Lader site versions as they hold the bar down but not forward, or not by much.

The blocks will reduce diving under braking, accelerating and turning. They keep the car flatter in other words.

The sideways movement is positively affected also, but for the maximum affect the ARB clamps are required. IIRC the G-Lader site clamps will fit well on the O/S but not the N/S due the curvature of the bar around the mounts.

They made a big diffrence to my car when i fitted these to it, best £50 I've spent on it i reckon. Well worth it
