My car has a clifford cat 1 alarm but i have no certificates for it.

So how would i prove to them i have it?

I need to prove it for them to insure my car.

usually you take it to a thatcham approved alarm installer and get them to inspect it and sign a letter on headed paper to send to your insurance company. A mate of mine did it recently, I forget how much he paid though, can't see it being much.
