no, i 1st rang up asking if i was to order some if they would send them to me.once they said yes i asked how i should send my details in, they gave me a fax number,so i faxed in my v5 and then rang them back tellin them i'd faxed it to them then they just confirmed everything and took my card details to pay. 11am they were deliverered :-)
