What did you use to take the underseal off in the end? A cup brush on a grinder?

This is unreal mate, fair play to you. I also have an alpine white saloon (profile pic) which should be back on its feet in the next fe weeks. It started as a quick tidy up and ended up with the rear beam, tank, brake pipes, handbrake cables all coming out, floor stripped and painted. Ended up needing a bit welding round a wheel arch and a couple of bits at the rear valance. Its since been rebuilt with a black coated rear beam, front struts, lower arms and roll bar also done in gloss black, new springs and shocks and top mounts. fully poly bush kit, new calipers, discs, pads, wheel bearings, brake pipes and cables and a full respray. I do fully intend to do the engine bay and swap the engine but for the time being i just want to stick the windows back in and use it for a while.

I'll upload a photo diary in the next few days if anyone is interested. I was also thinking about starting an alpine white register on here?
