I want a few bits depending, but the main one, is a standard straight through exhaust EXCLUDING the back box, Including the manifold, center section etc.

Probably got the whole lot for you just the other side of Derby if I decide to break, apart from the exhaust which is at home in Lincs.

I'm breaking a mk3 gt got steering wheel but its breadvan shape so no arch spats everything apart from what i need to put the engine in ma golf is available loads of mint body parts to need I'm in doncaster

I have all the bits you need. The exhaust isnt a straight through, its a powerflow system which cost around £350 new, with a small middle box as well as the backbox. TobyK was considering having it, but if he changes his mind it can be yours dude. If leeds isnt too far, drop me a PM.
