Basically i wont be able to make it up until about 8:30 friday night, due to work. Will i be let in, because from reading the information i get the impression u may not. Can somone clrify this?

someone will let you in, we've got a deal with them that we'll sort it out if you arrive late. That may be for pre paid members though? worth phoning them up and checking.

Will they just let you in a tell you where to head or will we have to give one of you a call to come and get us?

they don't let people drive around after dark so we are giong to be putting up a number on the gate so if you get there and you see a sign with a number on it, on the gate ring it and we will come and get you, but we really don't know what time they are going to stop letting people go into the field. you'll probably see us standing around with high hiz jackets on.
