Not quite what your asking, but I'm running 16x7.5 on ~40mm drop with 195/40's and standard arches. They do scrub sometimes but only when I'm going fast (40mph+) over a bumpy road.

I reckon I could get away with 8's, but you would probably want to be lower than I am...

You will scrub depending on how low you go and how stiff your coilies are... you'll scrub most on your arch liner when cornering hard, which you WILL do!! In terms of scrubbing on the actual arch itself, depends on your et mate! Have a word with the D90 boys, they should give a better description!

i ran 16x9 borbet as, only about 50mm down and it was mad amount of scrubbing, but it al depends on your et, if my arches were rolled and a little flared i think i could have run them and gone down about 60mm
