A couple of tasteful period modifications and its spot-on. :drool:

Bet its immense fun too -They knew how to make lightweight little go-karts back then,unlike the dull household-appliance fly-by-wire straight-jackets they sell now.

So long with an update :shock:

Finally fitted the hen's teeth of all early Mk1 polo's

so pleased with the outcome......a rev counter!! 8-)

Little details you can't see are a modified LS clear plastic front

and the speedo mileage has been matched to the original. :-)
