hahaha loving the new personilsed plate. i think you got it just right!

1-0 dan

What have I missed something?

Haha i guess u have hosted them somewhere else now? Lesson learnt.

If you are keeping the sebrings put it back on the bridgestone's, they look much better and wont give you that stupid stretch. I the nankangs were cheaper and a lot easier to get hold of, but they scrub quite a bit. With the bridgestone's i was able to have three people in it with out scrubage.

Yep copied the pics then uploaded them onto my own account :p

Yeah that was one thing that was concerning me about the tyres i've been thinking that they seem to rub quite a bit even with just one person in the back  So I might go for some new tyres all round soon but will probably not go for any stretch :? Not sure yet though

Cheers for the comments guys, and Stu i'll keep you in mind if anything comes up with the car also you'll probably be first in mind if I sell it unless Dan is back in the counrty :-D

I doubt you will get any tyre small enough that wont scrub and wont stretch tbh, except for the bridgestone's.

Ill have it back even if I'm not in the country, as i should have a big enough garage somewhere in the UK to keep it.

Will 195/45 tyres fit the Sebrings. Thinking about getting some ATS Classics in 14" for it so we'll see

Fair enough i'll just see how it goes just going to enjoy finally having one at last. But you'll be the first to know then if that time comes :-D

195/45 will scrub like a bitch i would have thought. Well more than the nankangs

Good luck finding 14" Classic's, the only sets i have ever seen have been with different fitting to 4X100

don't be a tart and get 165/50's!!!!!!!

they work so well, and didn't scrub once with stu.

sort it out!!!!

btw, classics = gay. look for other VAG 15"x6" to put on... se of white solitudes would look sick, estorils looked good when they were on, mk3 4 stud GTI alloys scould look good as would clio turbines!

dont be boring roly!

*also, dont sell the sebrings...but if you do, either me matt or stu will have em back fo'shaw!

IMO these two just look perfect on Classics but I might leave it a while and have a good look at other Mk3's to gauge an idea of what to go for

DSC00272.jpg

Not too sure Solitudes will work so well on a Mk3 TBH, and i've had a lot of scrubbing when ever I go over bumps with a passenger in the back. So I might go with some Bridgestones soonish

allycat rallye specials or smoors FTW

What on earth is going on with the tyres on the front of that silver mk3? Rears uber stretch, front uber ballon.

I think the classic's topic regarding mk3's has been covered plenty of times on here. Suit the car well hence the popularity, but hardly breaking the mould. Plenty of nice 13/14's out there in 4x100 that haven't been done to death tho, just gotta get looking.

And on the bridgestone note, they only used to scrub for me with three up and large bumps, remember the rears are spaced out like 15mm each side, to give it some stance. Drop them down to 10's and you'd probably be alright.

The dish on the front wheels are painted black so it looks like tyre

165/50 Nankangs + Smallest amount of weight = Major scrubage

165/50 Bridgestones + Major amount of fat people = Minor scrubage. Think i only had problems when i had 2 people in the back.

Classic's have been done to death on a mk3, you will not be able to find them in 14"s. I know what you are like, you would panic so much running 13"s as it will catch on everything.

Alex i like your idea of putting white wheels on it, i had a set of 14" steels that i sprayed white that were going to go on it

some 15" bbs ra's would look good, or even 14's.

lovely car, lovely colour. look after it.

thats well mint :)

what is that mark on the rear quarter ? i have one the same on my boot!!

I know Claasics have been done to death but it's what I like and what I think will look best. If you want to sugest any other options then go ahead but I need pictures not just names of wheels :smirk:

If i provide more than ten valid wheel options would you consider not running classics?

More than likely but I would prefer them to be 14" but will strecth to 15" if their really original. Also nothing way too expensive like BBS's or Schmidts

Request noted. 14's is a good compromise.

smoor roadsters

fookin sickk

had them on my mk5, looking good but were slighty to small

Genius they would look Sweet as. Seems a good price aswell. Pissed that they may be Sold though

the "nato bomb" runs them iirc, they do come up for sale but they are pretty rare lol

roly, if you ran these, you would gain isntant "God" status: http://www.the-corrado.net/forum/viewtopic...=13&t=72806

also, for images, google solitudes, clio turbines... an look at matt's square on estorils, but imagine white.

Roly, you are teetering on the edge of greatness, but looking to fall into boring crowd followage! get some sick 15's, or some sick 14's at a push (try german ebay) and make it look like the savage trend-setter when stu bit the bullet an slapped 15's on.

you have it in you... forsake those copycat classics! the car deserves better!!!!!

loveyoulongtime!
