My Green 6n

Featured Replies

Hi polo'ers

Got my 6n back from the paint shop....fantastic job. Had the two drivers side doors painted, the drivers wing, the left and right rear pannel, drivers side sill and front spolier. They also valeted the car in and out...looked beautiful when i picked her up.

Whole job, £400.

When i got her home, i put a badgless grill on and a black rear badge. This adds to the clear front indicators, clear side lights and bee sting aerial. Next thing for the exterior is some black rear lights, and then alloys..when i have the money!

I don't think ill get her lowered because i want to travel around in her...ie to cornwall, france etc

You could get it lowered but it doesn't have to be scraping the tarmac, in my opinion it is too high at the moment.

I would lose the badges on the back to clean the tailgate up a bit. Any plans for wheels?

yeah, i was wondering whether to remove the badge saying polllllo.

As for the wheels, i don't want to go any bigger than 15 inch, but something black might be nice? (that narrows it down eh!)

Not really, there are plenty of wheels available in black or you could go down the route of spraying some or getting someone to spray some for you.

I think either silver or black could work, definitely don't go over 15". Maybe something BBS style.

deffo loose the POLO badge looks bad just being honest :p

and needs lowering looks funny atm lol

and black looks nice on green you could do some bbs with cc centres and silver lip

polo badges = gay, paint job loks good though :-)
