Tryin to plan a euro road trip for next year, and tbh dont really know where to start, has anyone done one before? what were the highlights? good places to visit? i know i wanna go to the nurembergring and monaco of course, but whats the best way of plannin it out? and where would you go?

I'm doing euro trip next year, me and two mates will get some £300quid car with 2months mot, and we're planning to go to France, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Chech Republic and finish in Poland. In Poland we want to blow up tha car and get a plane back to England :)

I'm driving to Poland next summer,with a northern europe adventure on the way there,and a southern europe adventure on the way back.

I'll be taking the mountain bike,but not much else. Bit of an adventure rally,really.

None of that sat-nav dictatorship,it'll take as long as it takes,and the route will be unplanned.

Remeber to check the basics, insurance and local driving rules & regulations, tool kits, warning triangles, 2 pairs of driving glasses if you wear them, breakdown cover etc etc before you travel too!!!!

if you go poland, theres two places you want to go : Cracow and Sopot (Twinned with Southend), best gash and partys

If I was going on a road trip in Europe, Italy would probably be top of the list for the mountain roads. There will be roads like that in other countries too.

I would say aim to go on all of the WRC stages in the European rally venues if you're up for it.

i work with a polish guy so i'll ask him the best places to visit in poland.

Probably be empty though as most of them are over here!

how old to drive in europe plz people could u get away with bein under tht age aswell?

If you could get away with driving under the minimum age, then why would they put a minimum age there?

I'd be up for a trip to the ring but I'd have to be 100% sure my cars running perfectly as my mechanical skills are crap should something happen!!

I wouldn't wanna risk driving abroad if I was breaking their law in some way. The French Police are too keen on pulling foreign drivers over to check things.

What is everyones budget for a euro trip? What would you expect roughly?
