What can i do (if anything) if i have gone into a sale with a chap off of this forum, and have not recived my item? i sent him the payment weeks ago and it has cleared, he messaged once saying he was going to get it sorted and not to worry, and I'm still yet to hear any more or yet to recieve anything? any advice?

Keep pestering him, the forum will not help or can help with a transaction. All sales & purchases are undertaken under "goodwill" of the forum.

Is he a regular user???

not much you can do other than keep pestering or go and pay them a visit if it's more money than it'll cost you in petrol to go there. Pestering usually works eventually, it's not normally the case that they are actually trying to rip you off just that they are lazy or don't communicate what's going on very well.

i dont know for sure yet but he hasnt replyed to my email.

i really really wanted a headlight for my breadvan as mine is cracked

and its taken me ages to find one :(
