nice mate. but think it needs a slightly bigger splitter, and some lower profile tyres.

I'm trying to get hold of a gti splitter, THE BONNET WILL BE GOING RED and I'm waiting for some new wheels which will have lower profile tyres on

I'm glad the bumper really stands out so much

I like the black bonnet tbh... But maybe get a PC on it and polish it up to metallic rather than matt black?

i like the bonnet, stands out in a crowd. but it wont go with the look once i do more work to her.

it has already been prept for red to go on. just not happening yet

the only issue I've ever had with the black, is thats all people ever look at. makes me laugh tho.

and i've just checked how much a new gti splitter is and hopefully i should be getting one in a few days.

there would have been more photos of parts today but welder issues going on. so hopefully in the next few days.

well heres abit more progress of the olop

i got bored earlier and decided to finally smooth out the side repeaters out of the wings

heres a few shots of the work from today.

heres the plate i cut to fit in the recess so i could weld it in place

filled and sanded

and quickly primed

need to get them painted but not sure if i'll have time this weekend as i have to go collect my new wheels tomorrow and get them prep'd for painting when i get back too!!!!

filler primer for the lazy :) i see "non-polomon" uses the same thing saves time n i dont have much of that.

picked up new wheels yesterday too, just gotta re-paint them!

not yet my distant friend. gotta re-paint them first, something that'll stand out a lil bit more i hope. which i shall be starting the sanding n spraying shortly n the tyres should be here soon so i can get them on. gotta raise the car up to get them on too.

when the wheels and wings are on ill get some better pics of her up.

still gotta sort rear bumper too cos i dont like my one. it looks like too many others.

my wheels will no longer tuck under the arch :(
