Removing Trim on Dash 6N2 - Hazard Switch

Featured Replies

Basically, pulled the cover off my hazzard switch, and now it wont all clip back in, think I've messed the back of the switch up as the black plastic bit is still there but loose, so think I need to take the plastic trim off around the centre of the dash?

Any advice on how to do this please, where clips/ screws are etc, dont want to break anything really.

take your stereo out

three screws hold that bit of plastic in the middle of the dash onto the dash

one at the back, one at either side near where the front of the stereo would be

the rest should be self explanitory.... you can unplug the hazard switch and remove it, fix it and put back together.

All you need is last years UCAS card, cut it nice n thin, out it comes on second attempt, 2 mins later all the surround was off and the hazard switch was fixed.
