*URGENT HELP* Wiring 7 pin headlights to 4 pin plugs

Hi, i have bought some angel eyes that have 7 pin adaptors, but my car only has the 4 pin connectors, how do i go about fitting them if it's possible my cars front ends in bits and i want to fit these before i put it back together which is today, cheers.

remove the four pin plugs from your standard headlights, cut off the 7 pin plugs off the angel eyes and replace with the 4 pin ones...shimple

It's ok now i think i'm going to do that, but the thing is on the angel eyes there's 5 wires coming from the connector and on the original lights there's only 4 i think the one spare is the headlight adjuster is that right? i'm going to get a circuit tester to find out what wires what and do it that way.

eeerm if i can remember correctly theres two black (earth) wires on the angel eyes that can be joined together

nooo the angel eyes dont have a beam level adjustment mechanism, the extra wires just an extra earth

all your interested in:

YELLOW WIRE = DIPPED

WHITE WIRE = HIGH BEAM

BROWN WIRE = EARTH

yup thats the one! Grey is sidelight.

the other 3 dont bother with, as explained earlier they control electronic headlight adjust!
