looking for lowered gti's if poss.

I have seen a picture somewhere of a GTi on 14" Renault Clio alloys, and decked! If I can find it, I will post it up.

There is also one of a red GTi lowered over Steffan BCW alloys floating about somewhere :)

Mine on 14" RA's...the tyres are huuuuge though! There off now though, not too sure if i like them.

I don't normally like RA's but I think they really suit your GTI.

do you guys have problems getting over speed bumps ect? my issue is my mrs drive the car sometimes and she really thinks they are to get from point a to b, she dont get why we mod our cars or lower them.

i dont want to loose a sump everytime she takes it out.

modding is a necessity, lifw would be boring without doing so. telling her to F OFF is not an option, hence modding but making sure it can be driven as a daily.

i fitted some coily's to my now x's polo running 14's and 185/55's down 80mm ish and she doesn't find it a problem, she's not a careful driver and there are large speed bumps at her work and in her area. belive me if there was a problem i'd hear about it!

i think i will have to try the wheels on and see how it goes. otherwise a nice set of th lines will be up for sale soon.
