I'm assuming even a 60/40 drop requires the full kit? ill be shopping around (gawd help me, iv only ever lowered a beetle and thats easy!!)

get the 80/60 kite og PhilJ. only problem is the front's sit higher than the back for some reason. but still, i haven't had any problems

Looks like a nice base for a car really mate 8-)

Phil J lowering caps at the front / highest setting on the rear - problem solved. And if that doesn't solve it then 1 coil off the front will sort it!

^^ yup or lowering top caps, 80/60 and lowerin top caps i say, the way stevies is sat ;)

do you guys think a speedwell style woodrimmed steering wheel of an aircooled bug would look good or not?

seen a few polos with retro wooden wheels on, whats yer opinions?

Nice clean car, and your only round the corner from me :)

Show us the wheels!!

I think it'd look spot on bro!

Am i the only person who's daft enough to keep a rotton f-reg saloon on the roads when there's mint ones out there?

I must be a sucker for punishment. That's a lovely clean example, can't wait to see it lowered on some rims 8-)

looks really clean mate, love it! I was offered one of these and i turned it down... gutted i did now!

thanks for the kind words people, i may just be a wimp and get the 60/40 kit as its my daily so dont want too low. are they easy to fit then?

60/40 ftw, definatly if it's a daily. Shouldn't be too hard, the biggest challenge is seized on bolts, or maybe that's just me
