Hahahaha not a chance mate!!

9 weeks until I'm free of uni work and can get cracking again, shes sitting on black teardrops at the moment looking very sullen and moody

Dont worry people, it will get done but there are some things that are more important i.e career so i can earn lots of monies and carry out phase 2 of the plans

Peace x

I vote career all the time, but then you'll be able to balance the 2 things together then!!

God i cant wait for the summer and the end of uni assignments so i can get some done on this!

I was thinking though the other day, why am i fannying around with one 16v engine when i could have one in the back too, effectivly giving me a 2.8l 32valve 240bhp four wheel drive monster... hmmmm the only tricky part i can see would be linking the gear linkages... Food for thought anyway

that would be awesome :-D

really wanna see this finished

Dude I wrote a message on here to say that I'm back next week for easter and will be free for 4 weeks, so we can give this thread some long due updates!!

Like the seats btw matey, Cant wait to be in it when its all done, can smash the highley to b.north record :)

Awesom thread mate.

I have just started the boring, expensive, part-sourcing section of this conversion and will be referring back to this thread regularly for advice and help!

Nicely done... must be due an update by now though? :D

Oh and whilst you are talking about twin engines... you seen Jolfa's build thread on Club GTI?

If you are serious about it then i suggest you have a trawl through that... think he has both engines running for a budget of about 200 quid!
