Fitted these last night, still need a good clean and a few stitches here and there but.....WOW! excellent driving position, amazingly comfy and very supportive

Is there any reason why I cant use the original bike fuel pump instead of an aftermarket one with a regulator or an aftermarket one with a T piece and a return fuel line?

The way that mikeymk, and I will be doing soon, is having an aftermarket pump (with a killswitch just encase) connected to the feed and return lines. Then a T peice coming off the return line to the carbs.

So it goes tank - filter - feed line - pump -T piece - return line - tank

yea you can use a bike pump aswell, same thing pretty much.

can get after market ones for £25 btw

It can actually be better to use the bike pump as they are designed to switch off when the desired pressure has been reached. SO as soon as the float chambers are full then it turns off. Well I think thats how it goes :)

The set up I have on mine is fuel in - 5psi fuel pump - filter king regulator - carbs. I don't have any return to the tank as my carbs don't have one.

Carbs are looking good and you have ones with the throttle wheel on the side... this is much eaiser to mess with than mine which is in the middle.
