Bad Boy bonnets do they exist???

Featured Replies

Hiya guys i have unsuccesfully been searching many small ads attempting to find a badboy bonnet preferrably one thats already been fitted and i can respray it if needed, but any kit will do now as its been months and i still cant find one. If anyone can point me in the direction of a company who does them perhaps fits vents too or just the diy kit :?

cheers

are the plastic ones worth the stupid price tagg too?

There was on for sale on here a week or so ago iirc.

I've seen plastic and steel extensions that need fitting and spraing by a bodyshop but cant remember where..

Bets bet would be getting a price from a bodyshop to make something up for you.

venom motorsport do metal weld ons. not sure on quality or fitment though. bodyshop should be able to make extension for you.

Just speak to your friends, find out your best local bodyshop that people have recommended. And ask for a quote...

i had this on for a while...

At the end of the day, the bonnet extension is just cut from a piece of aluminium. Easy enough to make your own.

i agree lol it would be ok if there wasnt a nice dark line seperating it!

thats a 20 min max job to make

imo always go for a custom one, the weld on ones dont run from the wing edge and just just drop straight of the bonnet line and look shite!

good examples of a good bad boy... wingys or foxies black 16v

lead perfectly from the wing edges looks bang on!

not a big fan of them but they look good on some mk3's

Looks the dogs bollocks... literally.

Your probably better off just taking you car to a body shop and asking for something subtle but yet badboy - that way you are getting exactly want you want rather than comprimising on a kit that to be honest - will always look like a kit

This is my bad boy bonnet on my polo, shame your not closer hun else could have got you a discount at my friends body shop
