Not really clued up but I would think the you want to go for minimum.

Something to protect you, something to sit on, something to turn with, something to move the wheels.

I'm sure you could work it out. Just google its rules and regs.

A rollcage made of something very strong is compulsory. I brought a car from a women who banger races and she used box steel for the cage.

All you need inside is a race seat, race style fuel tank, kill switch and that's probably about it.
