it will be interesting to see what went first. they dont appear to be any compression at all their now on that vid so maybe the pistons all melted.

in vid 3 it sounds like it was just a loss of compression

Well the 1341 isnt ready yet, I'm never gonna have a use for a 1.0L engine, nor do I have the space for it to sit about for weeks waiting for someone to collect. It cost £5 and took a couple of days to do. Just a laugh, and I've laughed hard today

Main thing is, its converted to G40, loom, fuel pump etc now. So I can just chuck the proper g40 lump straight in, no pissing about.

now youve said that it does make abit more sense, i was thinking youd spent a fair bit doing it and you had bougth a car just to do it... in that case why not

TBH the point is this...........the 1.0ltrs just live after so much abuse, Kam had a good go at abusing them & they just live on & on & on.

It's about who can kill one in the most style....Phil has done that.....

Someone had to do the 1ltr G just for the crack really, but I didn't think it would be Phil, expected to see it on another car.
